Improved Efficiency – Your equipment will operate at its peak performance reducing power/fuel consumption and thereby lowering your utility bills.
Extended Equipment Life – Operating inadequately maintained equipment is subject to more failures and shorter life. By operating a system that is cleaned and tuned properly you can get optimum life from your equipment.
Improved Capacity – We have found systems that were operating at ½ or even 1/3 of its systems capacity simply because it was not properly cleaned and tuned.
Discount on Repair Service – We feel very confident that our clean and tune program will provide you with greater reliability of equipment. In the event that emergency service becomes necessary, we will share in your expense of repair. You will receive a 10% discount on all service calls for air conditioning, heating, and plumbing!
Inflation Protection – Your investment in a “Service Agreement” at today’s prices has obligated us to future work which will cost us more when we perform the service.
Agreement is Transferable – You may transfer this agreement to your new property as long as it is the same type equipment or with modification to the agreement for different equipment. You may wish to have it transferred to a new owner and use it as a selling benefit and proof of a properly maintained system. Because of the greatly reduced rates, there is no provision for cancellation or refund of any unused portion.
Unit and System Condition Report – Our technicians will advise you of the current condition of your equipment, and make recommendations to improve the performance and efficiency of your equipment.
24 Hour Emergency Service – We will provide to our Service Agreement Customers 24 hour emergency service with NO OVERTIME CHARGES, except trip and diagnostic fee!
Ecology – Because of the improved performance of your equipment you are not only saving on your utility bills but saving our National resources for future generations.
Guarantee – 12 month guarantee on parts and labor, except for leaks.
Service Agreements
Ensures Safety & Efficiency
The Preferred Customer Protections Plan…
provides you with a complete and professional cleaning and efficiency evaluation either annually or semi-annually as described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated. We provide this service Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm and will call ahead to schedule your appointment.
Safety/Efficiency Procures Include:
- Check and adjust burner assembly*
- Replace oil filter/nozzle as needed
- Check heat exchanger or elements*
- Adjust operating pressures
- Monitor starting capabilities
- Check or replace filters*
Electronic air cleaner
- Media Air Cleaner
- Replace throw away
- Check and adjust blower components*
- Measure for correct air flow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Measure volts/amps on motors
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Check evaporator coil if accessible*
- Measure temperature difference
- Apply protective coating to outside unit
*Service may require an additional charge to be quoted at time of inspection.
No repairs or improvements will be undertaken without your authority. Any repairs, if needed, will be discounted from our prevailing rates.
